Duties
- Lead and supervise landscaping crews in executing a variety of projects including landscape installation, maintenance, lawn care, tree trimming, irrigation system setup, and gardening tasks.
- Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks effectively, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and industry standards, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
- Provide hands-on guidance and training to crew members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, horticulture practices, and maintenance procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout projects to guarantee the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure proper use of tools and machinery.

Skills
