About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and execution of enterprise-grade technology solutions. This role requires deep expertise in solution architecture, cloud engineering, and digital transformation, with proven ability to align business objectives to technical strategies while driving innovation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will also be strong in presales and client-facing solution design, partnering closely with stakeholders to shape winning proposals and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive leadership to define and align the technology roadmap with business strategy and objectives.
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud-based architectures (multi-cloud focus: Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Lead solution design and presales engagements, including proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Oversee end-to-end solution lifecycle from architecture design to delivery and operationalization.
- Provide technical leadership to solution architects, cloud engineers, and delivery teams.
- Implement governance frameworks, KPIs, and accountability models to measure delivery success.
- Introduce and drive agile methodologies to accelerate time-to-market and enhance collaboration.
- Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, bridging business and technical teams.
- Mentor, coach, and build high-performing technical teams to support innovation and transformation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud engineering, presales, and technical leadership.
- Strong expertise in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Proven experience in digital transformation initiatives across enterprise organizations.
- Expertise in project management, agile frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of security, governance, and scalability principles in cloud environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Solutions Architect / Lead Cloud Engineering
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect.
- Experience in modern enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
- Track record of delivering measurable outcomes (e.g., reducing time-to-market, improving efficiency).
