Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Colorado Springs, CO. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely completion within the allocated budget. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising onsite activities, coordinating with various teams and subcontractors, conducting inspections, and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management and the ability to lead projects from start to completion.
- Skills in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Experience with Inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including planning and coordinating supply chain and resource allocation.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience working on commercial construction projects is a plus.
