Position Overview:
KPS Alarms is a leader in California's Security Alarms, Cameras, and Fire Systems. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative for our Commercial Division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest and most trusted (Google Rated 4.8) alarm companies in California and play a key role in growing our commercial portfolio.
As a Sales Representative, you will focus on selling fire alarm and sprinkler systems, security alarms, access control solutions, job site surveillance systems, and video surveillance solutions to businesses, general contractors (GC), and commercial clients across California and beyond.
Qualifications:
- A driven builder and go-getter with high career goals.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the security / fire protection industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial security systems (fire alarms, access control, video surveillance, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in B2B sales.
- Ability to understand technical product details and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- GC relationships are a huge plus.
Salary : $41,600 - $175,000
