Server
Providing service to customers with a knowledge of the menu and leaving customers with a great experience as well as impression.
Responsibilites and Duties
- Greeting and setting the flow of customer dining experience
- Assisting customers in the process so that they are not clueless as well as a safety measure
- Maintaining a clean and neat overall appearance of self and restaurant to give a welcoming impression
- Communicating and being able to achieve customers needs.
- Explaining menu items to customers and being able to identify them when they come out
- Being able to keep up during rushes
- Multitasking to do side work to make the overall work day smoother
- Communicating with co-workers to ensure overall productivity of workflow
