KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Cyber Security Compliance to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team that is the “hub” function in Issue and Remediation
- Advance team objectives managing various aspects of client, internal, and regulatory IT Issue Management with a focus integration of compliance capabilities
- Use integration expertise to identify, define and help compensate for critical technical and business issue and remediation gaps engaging management when necessary
- Provide expert support to constituent teams as they learn and/or adopt issue management and compliance processes, tools, and technologies; develop novel ways to observe and measure adoption of issue management and compliance services and advise leadership in developing response plans to change and adapt
- Monitor service catalog, demand, and knowledge sources and repositories to assure freshness of data and planned offerings
- Train Issue Management and Compliance Integration stakeholders in employment and application of tools, practices, and procedures and gather feedback and data for follow-up; proactively manage follow-up demand in response to issue management and compliance performance challenges and capabilities with stakeholders to report, remediate, or improve outcomes
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience with issues and remediation management
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; at least one certification required (CISA, CIA, CRISC, CGEIT) CISM, CISSP (Preferred), or ITIL Foundation certification or extensive compliance work experience in highly regulated IT Environment (ex. CoBIT, NIST, Sarbanes-Oxley, ISO, NIST, FISMA etc.); compliance Data Analytics and Visualization Skills or Certification Preferred
- Unix/Linux, Microsoft Office, and/or similar products, macros, scripts, and queries; applied experience/training in Archer/GRC, SPLUNK and ServiceNow
- Management, coaching, and leadership experience is preferred; strong understanding of 2019 COSO, NIST, COBIT, ITIL frameworks; proven success working with and responding to Audit, Regulatory, and/or Review teams; effective negotiating, moderating, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated excellent Service Management skills with ability to effectively work and interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
- Ability to prioritize issues and deliver high quality, timely results; expert in conceptualizing, writing, and diagramming cross-functional IT technical and business processes, and workflows both individually and with a team and implementing them
- US Citizenship is required
