Job Title: Senior Associate – Change Management

Job Description: The Senior Associate will have 7 - 10 years of experience supporting and deliver change management initiatives across organizational transformation efforts. This role contributes to change strategy development, stakeholder communications, and executive-level presentations, with opportunities to support organizational design activities. Experience working with call center operations in a consulting capacity and exposure to offshoring or outsourcing transformations are valued assets.
