KPMG is currently seeking a Specialist Director, SAP Security Operations to join our Advisory Services practice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform, design, and architect complex SAP Security engagement solutions while researching and resolving technical challenges, integrating application and technical components to support operational excellence
- Lead the development of innovations, reusable assets, and standardized components across SAP Security Operations, including the review and approval of documentation, SOP updates, and application requirement changes
- Partner with SAP platform, security, controls, and GRC teams to understand firm wide strategy and drive improvements across operational processes and supporting platforms
- Develop and maintain the strategy and roadmap for SAP Security Managed Services, including scoping, pricing, renewals, and SOW creation for new and existing engagements
- Provide leadership and direction to cross functional teams, ensuring consistent delivery quality, adherence to best practices, and alignment with organizational goals
- Drive continuous improvements through automation, optimization, and proactive identification of enhancements to SAP security operations
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum ten years of progressive experience in SAP security, controls, and GRC development, support, configuration, or deployment, including leadership of large SAP departments or security operations teams
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required; SAP certifications in Security, User Administration, or BASIS preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead SAP security initiatives across SAP S/4HANA and/or S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition, including user administration, role administration, and SOD management
- Proven experience resolving complex technical and operational SAP issues utilizing both internal and external vendor resources
- Proven experience driving automation and innovation within operational processes and SAP security environments
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, mentoring, and leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives
- Travel may be required as dictated by business needs
