KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, OT Cybersecurity to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Operational Technology Management (OTM) modules including OTV, OTVR, OTAM, and OTSM to support client OT cybersecurity programs
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into scalable ServiceNow OTM reference architectures aligned with client goals
• Apply deep understanding of OT asset and vulnerability management practices to design and optimize ServiceNow workflows and data models
• Integrate ServiceNow OTM with external systems and applications to enrich datasets and streamline cybersecurity operations
• Collaborate with governance and OT teams to ensure alignment with industry standards such as IEC 62443 and NERC CIP
• Support client engagements through technical delivery, documentation, and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent experience in OT cybersecurity consulting, with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow OTM modules and industrial cybersecurity frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA systems, industrial protocols, and OT asset management practices
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with external tools such as SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, and CMDBs
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into ServiceNow architecture and workflows
• Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards including IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and NIST CSF
• Ability to travel as required

California Salary Range: $84500 - $179300
