KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Field Marketing to join our Clients & Markets team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Hub Leadership and Marketing Director (MDL) to develop, and manage the activation of firmwide assets, marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives that support brand strategy, increases brand visibility, and improve brand perception within the local markets
- Drive social/digital activation for local leaders, and support distribution of thought leadership content
- Use data to develop meaningful insights to drive deeper client buyer and alumni relationships
- Support the execution of experiential plans, events and programs to cultivate and enable relationship development with a focus on Markets/MAP Portfolio
- Identify and activate national (Functional/Industry) campaigns, and content to drive demand and pipeline opportunities with a focus on Markets/MAPs
- Analyze campaign performance and engagement data to optimize results
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum three years of recent experience of business development, as well as client relationship management background in the client service/professional services or related industry
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing, finance or a related field is required
- Digital marketing and/or sales enablement execution skills
- MarTech experience using CRM, content management and marketing automation platforms is required; data and analytical skills and business acumen (interpreting and using information, problem-solving, gleaning data-driven insights); proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Embracing and navigating change (such as during periods of growth, adjusting to business needs)
- Strong business writing skills and experience developing relevant marketing content
- Demonstrated project management and client service experience with senior leaders with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects concurrently with strong attention to detail
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
