KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Automation Engineer/System Administrator to join our Business Enablement Transformation Office organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support Automation Anywhere - A360 infrastructure, including on-premises installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with developers to resolve bot code issues, and suggest best designs for automations
- Manage and monitor Automation Anywhere A360 control room, and client services daily, notifying the support team of any platform issues
- Identify and resolve infrastructural issues, including firewall, driver, MS Office, and application issues
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities, such as control room upgrades and software patching
- Minimum three years of recent experience in support/configuration of Windows Server OS, Citrix/AVD, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), scripting, MS tools, basic development tools, languages, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or a related field
- Experience supporting on-prem infrastructure, Cloud platforms, or server administration is preferred
- Familiarity with end-to-end application testing, defect management, change and release management, and escalation processes
- Certified Automation Anywhere Infrastructure is preferred or can be obtained within the first month of onboarding
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of automation solutions, which leverage best suited methodologies, practice and experience with automation concepts, tools (such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Ui Path, or others) and SDLC is preferred
