KPMG is currently seeking an Operational Efficiency Manager to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve team communications to ensure information is distributed clearly and consistently; translate complex operational data and insights into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for executive-level presentations (PowerPoint or other formats), driving understanding and informed decision-making
- Track training progress in Digital Engineering and Operations, working with leadership to meet training requirements; create training programs focused on new processes, quality standards, and effective implementation of AI technologies
- Execute ad-hoc team projects and monitor outcomes for alignment with organizational objectives; supervise third-party relationships, ensuring accuracy in billing, financial procedures, and project expenses through tracking and reconciliation
- Provide reporting on third-party project spending to maintain fiscal accountability
- Direct initiatives aimed at streamlining processes across the DEO organization; identify and manage opportunities for process improvement from initial identification through implementation and gap closure
- Apply AI technologies to develop and deploy solutions that improve workflows and operational efficiency; assess operational data to identify patterns, conduct root cause analysis, and find areas for further improvement
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum seven years of recent experience in operational excellence and quality management, preferably within a technology-driven environment
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field is required
- Experience in agile methodologies and frameworks is preferred
- Strong understanding of AI applications and experience in building and deploying AI agents
- Proven track record in process improvement and efficiency optimization using technology solutions; excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the capability to influence at all levels of the organization
