Responsibilities:
- Lead business and market development efforts including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping prospective engagements, and developing proposalsProvide methodological guidance, oversight and program delivery for HR Transformation initiativesProvide leadership to Client Service and Delivery teams and mentor junior staffDevelop and sustain trust-based relationships with C-level executives
- Fifteen plus years of management consulting experience focused on HR TransformationBachelor s degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferredDemonstrated leadership, client management, and project management skills, along with a strong business development track recordExceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
