KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director to join our Forensic Technology and e-Discovery practice.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the Forensic Technology and e-Discovery practice, delivering innovative solutions in e-discovery, litigation, digital investigations and legal matters; drive business development, client engagement and team leadership in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Develop new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships with law firms, insurance carriers, corporate legal teams and C-level executives
- Oversee complex forensic, e-discovery, document review and cyber breach review investigations, ensuring high-quality, defensible results
- Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Minimum 15 years of recent experience in forensic technology, e-discovery, litigation support, investigations, legal and digital forensics
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MIS, JD) preferred
- Proven track record in business development and client management
- Strong leadership, project management and interpersonal skills
