KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP Public Cloud Business Intelligence & Reporting in Enterprise Solutions for our Advisory Services practice.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data integration strategies leveraging SAP BTP, Datasphere, and Databricks to enable seamless data orchestration across SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and connected enterprise systems.
- Develop advanced analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning, reporting, and predictive insights, ensuring alignment with client performance management objectives.
- Enable AI-driven innovation by incorporating Joule and machine learning capabilities into business processes, driving intelligent automation and enhanced decision-making.
- Oversee integration pipelines and data flows, including ETL processes, staging strategies, and real-time streaming between SAP and non-SAP platforms using BTP and Databricks.
- Support client transformation initiatives by contributing to solution design, estimating workstream scope, and providing technical expertise during sales cycles and delivery phases.
- Lead and mentor the data and analytics team, assigning tasks, monitoring delivery quality, and fostering innovation through reusable templates, accelerators, and automation frameworks.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP data integration and analytics, including at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation where you provided input into the data and analytics workstream scope and solution during the sales pursuit.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing data integration strategies using SAP BTP, Datasphere, and Databricks, including orchestration of ETL pipelines, real-time streaming, and hybrid data landscapes.
- Demonstrated success in delivering advanced analytics solutions with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning, reporting, and predictive insights, ensuring alignment with enterprise performance objectives.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML enablement using Joule and related technologies to embed intelligent automation and predictive capabilities into business processes.
- Strong technical command of data architecture principles, including data modeling, governance frameworks, and security compliance across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
- Established ability to lead and mentor data-focused teams, driving innovation through reusable integration templates, automation accelerators, and analytics assets to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
- Ability to travel up to 50-80%
