KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Learning Measurement & Evaluation to join our Talent & Culture organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive measurement strategies aligned with business and learning goals; develop and maintain evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of Learning and Development programs, including behavior change, and business impact
- Build and deploy a range of effective data collection methods including surveys, knowledge assessments, focus groups, and others; analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations while demonstrating expertise in data wrangling, statistical analysis, and management of large data sets
- Create compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders; translate complex data into clear narratives that influence decision-making and learning design
- Partner with learning teams, business leaders, and analytics teams to identify KPIs and success metrics that align with business goals; serve as a trusted advisor on learning impact and performance improvement
- Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum five years of recent experience in learning measurement, evaluation, or analytics in a professional services or corporate environment is preferred
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, or related field is required.
- Experience with Kirkpatrick's model, ROI methodology, or other evaluation frameworks; background with statistical analysis and research methods
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (such as, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx) and survey platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment; Change management or organizational development experience is desirable
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and learning experience platforms (LXP)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
