KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Communications to join our Corporate Affairs organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operation of the firm's web-based internal email platform for firmwide communications, including oversight of partner and firmwide email distribution, list management and workflows, firmwide email content calendars, and template/branding consistency.
- Serve as the Corporate Affairs subject matter expert for email communications best practices, technology, and platform capabilities, advising internal teams on optimal approaches and troubleshooting issues as needed
- Monitor trends in digital media consumption and AI and work closely with the firm's technology team to operationalize new technologies and AI capabilities to benefit internal communications; identify and help implement innovative strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness of firmwide messages
- Partner closely with technology leads, designers, marketers and the broader Corporate Affairs team to ensure seamless integration and alignment of internal digital communication initiatives; collaborate to optimize workflows, maintain consistent branding, and support the delivery of high-impact internal messaging that advances firm strategy
- Support the creation and distribution of digital assets such as videos, podcasts, and games to enrich internal communication and drive engagement
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of email and other internal communications; use data-driven insights to help the team refine editorial strategies, optimize content, and enhance employee engagement
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum five years of recent experience in email marketing, digital communications, or a related discipline, with proven expertise in managing email platforms and digital assets
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in communications, marketing, technology, or a related field
- Strong background in email technology, including platform administration and campaign analytics
- Demonstrated ability to identify and apply emerging trends in media consumption and AI to improve communication strategies
- Experience aligning branding and messaging across multiple digital channels; Skilled in producing and supporting digital assets such as videos and podcasts
- Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration abilities; proficient with web-based communication tools, analytics platforms, and digital content management systems
