KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Engineer II, Tech Product Manager to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning, design, and implementation of user-centric software solutions to address business needs; execute user needs analysis, and define workflows, user stories, use cases, sprint roadmaps, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Lead and conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging Microsoft 365 technologies and applications to assess their viability and business value; design and execute testing plans for new features and product releases, gathering user feedback, and ensuring a smooth rollout
- Run product consultation meetings and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders; prepare runbooks, training material and other required documentation in conjunction with US firm Org Change Management team
- Conduct security and risk reviews to obtain approvals for firmwide rollout
- Monitor innovative trends and external market changes with respect to business solutions related to market-leading collaboration and knowledge capabilities
- Serve as a Level 3 point of contact for technology operation issue resolution
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in designing, testing, documenting, and implementing software business applications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (MS Teams) products, features, geo implications and licensing models with their implications for feature availability and cost management; proven ability to apply principles of Knowledge Management models, processes, and technologies
- Familiarity with E-5 Microsoft 365 configurations
- Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle, including data analysis, product business analysis, testing, and operationalization using Agile Scrum methodologies
- Solid experience in solutioning collaboration and knowledge-driven applications and solutions; familiarity with UX design processes and methodologies
