KPMG is currentlyseeking a Director, SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect, to join our Advisory Services practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architectural design of SAP Supply Chain solutions. Translate complex business requirements into scalable, future-proof SAP architectures that align with the client's strategic objectives.
• Oversee full-lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules (MM, PP, SD), SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM).
• Act as the primary subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CIO, COO, VP of Supply Chain). Drive executive alignment on supply chain transformation roadmaps.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of SAP architects and consultants. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the SAP practice.
• Partner with the sales and executive teams to drive go-to-market strategies. Lead solution formulation for proposals, RFP responses, and oral presentations to win new business.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by establishing architectural governance, best practices, and design standards across all SAP SCM projects.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, with a minimum of 5 years serving as a Lead Solution Architect on large-scale SAP Supply Chain transformations.
• Deep architectural and functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and integration with other SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven track record of managing and leading cross-functional project teams in a consulting or matrixed enterprise environment.
• Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required by engagement needs.
