KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Web Personalization to join our Clients and Markets organization.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the enterprise web personalization roadmap, championing the shift toward predictive, real-time content experiences; design dynamic digital experiences that autonomously adapt to user behavior, intent, and lifecycle stage
- Lead the deployment and optimization of AI conversational agents and real-time recommendation engines on the site; ensure visitors receive immediate, tailored guidance, interactive dialogue, and relevant resources that mimic a bespoke, one-to-one consultation
- Oversee a sophisticated optimization framework that transcends basic A/B testing; utilize machine learning capabilities and real-time behavioral data to continuously test, refine, and scale complex web experiences and conversion pathways
- Actively evaluate, shape, and evolve our digital personalization ecosystem; partner with technology and architecture teams to integrate new AI capabilities, assess emerging platforms, and ensure our architecture seamlessly supports sophisticated, real-time web decisioning
- Partner with data and intelligence teams to leverage enterprise customer data and predictive models; build robust, dynamic audience segments that trigger personalized site experiences the moment an account or user lands on a digital property
- Establish KPIs and measure the impact of AI-driven web experiences against core business objectives; provide executive-level reporting on how real-time personalization and conversational agents are driving engagement, generating pipeline, and improving overall digital ROI
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in digital marketing, with a focus on web personalization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in marketing, information technology, analytics, or a related field required
- Deep expertise in Web Personalization, AI/Conversational Agents, Web Hooks/API, Headless/Composable Architecture, Metadata & Taxonomy, AI Content Workflows, and CMS Platforms
- Proven track record of moving organizations beyond traditional A/B testing to implement real-time, AI-powered digital experiences that drive measurable revenue impact
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience acting as a strategic technology advisor to senior marketing leaders
