KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Talent Development to join our Talent & Culture organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement partner and executive-level development programs, experiences, and/or initiatives that advance strategic business priorities
- Apply leadership development and instructional design expertise to develop high-impact programs, experiences, and tools to build leadership capability
- Develop and deploy measurement strategies to assess program impact, using data to inform design, decisions and identify trends.
- Lead program/initiative execution, including stakeholder management, vendor coordination, communications, and content and materials development
- Develop supporting communications, presentations, and collateral that convey a strategic perspective, clear message and story, and meet the needs of the intended audience
- Oversee special projects and strategic CoE-level initiatives in collaboration with Executive Director, Leadership Development
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
- Minimum eight years of recent business experience with at least five years focused on human capital management, talent/leadership development, learning, or related field
- Master's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to create senior-level presentations and materials
- Must have solid understanding of leadership development practices and approaches, including recent industry trends, innovations and measurement strategies and be proficient in data analysis, including the ability to extract meaningful insights and effectively communicate them through data-driven storytelling which facilitates actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to tailor messaging to various audiences and engage/influence stakeholders
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across multiple priorities and adapt as needed; possess strong strategic and critical thinking skills and judgment, capable of connecting the dots across various initiatives with the competency to work well under pressure with time-sensitive projects, consistently delivering accurate and efficient results
