KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Partner Compensation Operations to join our Talent & Culture organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end annual Partner Performance & Compensation process, ensuring timely and accurate execution; develop and manage process timelines; collaborate with T&C groups/functions to come to consensus on deadlines and ensure all milestones are met within set deadlines
- Develop and manage status reports to communicate progress and raise issues/risks during the process to senior management; produce insightful analytics and reports that inform partner compensation decisions in a clear and accessible manner
- Lead quality control efforts for process handling, data management, and analytics validation; continuously review data sets to ensure data integrity
- Regularly assess the impact of analytics to ensure they meet Leadership's needs; develop new analytics and adjust other analytics as needed; implement and manage data controls and security in accordance with firm policies
- Collaborate with T&C groups to develop Partner Performance & Compensation technology tools requirements; liaise with Tech & Data team on requirements for technology tools; coordinate and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for technology tools, ensuring business requirements have been met
- Manage Partner Compensation team; provide guidance, training and support to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner
- Minimum seven years of recent progressive Human Resources experience with at least five years focused in Compensation, HR Operations, or Data & Analytics
- Bachelor's degree in business, or other relevant field of study
- Superior program management skills and the ability to negotiate quality outcomes
- Experience partnering and working directly with senior leaders, building collaborative relationships both within the organization and with internal clients; good communication skills (written, verbal) and executive presence that spans diverse stakeholders and team members across firms, levels of leadership and roles; ability to articulate strategies
- Demonstrated experience with process optimization or continuous improvement; proven experience in overseeing complex processes and managing teams
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insight
