What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at KPM Restoration?
KPM Restoration – Westchester County, NY
KPM Restoration is growing our Westchester County operation and is looking for an experienced Restoration Project Manager who can both manage projects and sell/close restoration jobs.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have at least 2 years of restoration industry experience, preferably with water damage mitigation.
What We're Looking For
We want someone who is confident meeting homeowners and property managers after a water, fire, mold, or sewage loss and can turn opportunities into signed jobs.
The right person should be able to:
- Sell and close water damage restoration jobs
- Meet customers on-site and confidently explain the restoration process
- Obtain signed work authorizations
- Manage water mitigation projects from initial inspection through completion
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, plumbers and insurance professionals
- Identify additional work and revenue opportunities
- Coordinate technicians, equipment and job schedules
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Help grow KPM Restoration's Westchester County operation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restoration industry experience
- Water damage / mitigation experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to sell and close jobs
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced emergency-service environment
- Organized and capable of managing multiple active projects
- Valid driver's license
- IICRC certifications are a plus

Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
