Ticket Runner Maintenance

• Promptly respond to and execute maintenance requests by running tickets assigned to maintenance teams
• Coordinate with property managers and maintenance technicians to ensure timely resolution of work orders and service requests
• Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance issues and report them accordingly
• Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of completed maintenance tasks and ticket status updates
• Communicate effectively with residents regarding the progress and completion of maintenance requests
• Support the maintenance team by transporting necessary materials and equipment between locations as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies while performing ticket runner duties
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification is a plus
• Previous experience in property management maintenance or a similar role preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tickets efficiently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with residents, property staff, and vendors
• Physical ability to walk and inspect properties, carry tools and equipment, and perform light maintenance tasks
• Basic knowledge of maintenance operations and common building systems is an advantage
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
