Responsibilities:
- Boot Manager/Platform BSW integration alongside Application, Bootloader, I/O, and Calibration
- ECU-level debug supports understanding issues across layers and providing input to testers/developers for debug sessions
- Build Verification Test (BVT) execution as part of the smoke test responsibility
- Build artifact generation (A2L, HEX/S19, ODX/PDX, calibration baselines) as a distinct responsibility
- OTA update packaging, SPR triage, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance
- Perform infrastructure software testing as per the validation plan as defined
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 yrs of experience
- Knowledge on Embedded controllers application software functionality
- Knowledge on customer BSW and HWIO software integration
- Knowledge on customer BSW based software component development
- Knowledge on customer BSW controller builds
- Knowledge on customer Bootloader, Boot Manager, Boot Updater development
- Knowledge on customer secure boot functionalities
- Hands on experience in vehicle communication protocols like SPI and Ethernet
- Knowledge on Unified Diagnostics Services (Services/xIDs etc)
- Knowledge on Embedded controllers and Microprocessor, multi-core, Memory management and RTOS
- Knowledge on customer VIP and SDV electrical architecture
- Knowledge on ITCG testing and Python
- Knowledge on Automotive Domain
- Ability to work in across diverse teams and produce excellent results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addresses
- Critical analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
