Overview
Scope of Responsibilities: Physical inventory reconciliation and sales tax preparation which includes day-to-day activities, reporting, reconciliations and analysis.
Job Summary: Responsible for reconciling all physical inventories to the general ledger, reviewing cost for accuracy, preparing all sales and personal property tax, prepare and upload all month end journal entries. Assist with day-to-day accounting activities as well as reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities
Job Duties:
- Gather all data needed for monthly physical inventory reconciliations and prepare necessary spreadsheets
- Work with 340B Accountant for day of inventory sales and inventory reporting
- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly sales tax returns
- Prepare and file yearly personal property tax returns
- Prepare and upload all necessary month end journal entries
- Reconcile all General Ledger accounts related to tax and inventory monthly
- Create and maintain all procedure documentation in OneNote
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Preferred: Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Related Field
Experience:
- Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
Special Conditions of Employment:
- Drug Test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
Compensation:
$22.00 to $22.50 per hour
Salary : $22 - $23
