Scope of Responsibilities: The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creative development and maintenance of marketing pieces while also supporting other department initiatives.

- Design graphics for digital, print, web, and social media.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Collaborate on campaign concepts.
- Support internal customer design requests.
- Incorporate feedback from internal customers and take creative direction from stakeholders.
- Work with photographers, videographers, web programmers, and others.
- Prepare final files for production and publishing.
- Coordinate with vendors for project quotes and delivery of materials.
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of ProAct’s business.
- Responsible for attending workshops, seminars, or other developmental opportunities as identified to improve individual and/or team performance.
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
