Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end experience architecture: journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes for the e-procurement platform
• Run iterative user research to validate designs and inform the product roadmap
• Partner with product managers, technical architects, and business leaders to align experience decisions with delivery goals
• Set experience quality, accessibility, and content standards; review vendor design deliverables
Qualifications:
8 years in experience design/research for large-scale digital platforms; 3 years leading experience strategy for complex enterprise or public-facing systems; experience with AI-enabled design/development environments preferred.
