Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for our security systems and IT operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Lenel OnGuard, Genetec Security Desk, and ServiceNow, enabling them to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably within physical security systems, IT, or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with:
• Lenel OnGuard (access levels, badge management, system administration, event monitoring)
• Genetec Security Desk (video monitoring, analytics, configurations)
• ServiceNow (incident, change, request workflows)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with documentation tools (MS Office, Confluence, Visio, SnagIt, etc.).
