Jira Cloud Administrator
Hybrid in Phoenix, Arizona
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for Jira Cloud
- Troubleshoot user access, permissions, workflows, and Jira configuration issues
- Support a large-scale Jira Cloud environment with approximately 40,000 users
- Respond to Jira questions and resolve issues through Slack and other support channels
- Configure and maintain projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, automations, and permissions
- Partner with engineering and business teams to improve Jira processes and user experience
- Assist with Jira Cloud migration activities and ongoing platform enhancements
- Support Agile teams using Jira and Confluence
- Create documentation, provide end-user guidance, and help drive platform adoption
Preferred Experience:
- Strong Jira Cloud Administration experience
- Experience supporting enterprise Jira environments
- Knowledge of Jira workflows, permissions, automations, and user management
- Experience with Confluence
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Experience with Rally or Atlassian Rovo is a plus
