This is a true corporate desktop support role within a mature IT environment. The primary responsibility is to handle day-to-day end-user support so the infrastructure engineers can focus on higher-level engineering and project work.
This is not an entry-level Help Desk position, nor is it a Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer role.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of corporate desktop support experience, strong troubleshooting fundamentals, and genuinely enjoys supporting end users.

Windows Desktop Support

Hardware Support

- Desktop & laptop troubleshooting

Printer & Peripheral Support
