Field Desktop Services Technician
Location: On-site – Midland, TX

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Field Desktop Services Technician to provide Tier 2 end-user support across remote field offices supporting critical operations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network environments.
This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring strong technical expertise, responsiveness, and the ability to support 24/7 operations when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience supporting:
- Windows 10/11 environments
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office)
- Deep expertise in:
- Outlook and Outlook Web Access troubleshooting
- VPN, Citrix, and wireless networking support
- Experience providing Tier 2 end-user support.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting field operations or industrial environments.
- Exposure to Oil & Gas or similar infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with terminal automation systems or engineering applications.
- Experience with asset management systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based processes.
