Job Description
We are seeking a senior-level Enterprise Technology Assessment & ERP Strategy Consultant to lead a comprehensive evaluation of the organization's current technology landscape across HRIS, Finance, Shared Services, and Master Data Management (MDM) functions.
The ideal candidate will assess the current-state environment, identify integration gaps, define a future-state architecture, and provide strategic recommendations for ERP and enterprise platform selection. This is a highly visible role requiring executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and technology-agnostic consulting expertise.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 10 years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, digital transformation, ERP strategy, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven experience conducting enterprise technology assessments and current-state/future-state analyses.
- Strong background in ERP evaluation, selection, and implementation strategy.
- Experience working across HRIS, Finance, Shared Services, and MDM domains.
- Consulting experience with large enterprise organizations preferred.
Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of enterprise applications and ERP ecosystems.
- Experience evaluating platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of integration architecture, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data management.
- Familiarity with MDM, data governance, and shared services operating models.
