(Mon-Thurs 11am -8pm EST and Saturday 9am -3pm EST)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • L1 desktop support
  • ServiceNow/Ticketing
  • Troubleshooting and Password reset
  • Office 365


Nice to have but not mandatory:-

  • Knowledge or Experience of Epic Software
  • Hospital/Healthcare background
