Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise with ServiceNow Flow Designer for building, maintaining, and optimizing complex workflows and business process automations.
• Experience creating and scaling multiple custom catalog items, request workflows, approval processes, and fulfillment solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Request Management, and Service Catalog best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and JavaScript development.
• Experience working with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and SOAP integrations to automate cross-platform processes.
• Knowledge of Service Portal customization and catalog user experience enhancements.
• Familiarity with CMDB, data relationships, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Ability to manage and prioritize large backlogs of catalog item development, workflow enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflow architecture, governance, and scalable design best practices.
• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders to design tailored workflow solutions.
• Ability to support diverse operational use cases through customized workflow and catalog solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience working in highly customized enterprise ServiceNow environments preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
