Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Analyst

Required Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on experience conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA).
- Experience supporting Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) programs.
- Strong understanding of operational resilience, business disruption impacts, RTOs, RPOs, and recovery prioritization.
- Experience building BIA questionnaires, assessment templates, methodologies, and program artifacts.
- Proven ability to identify critical applications, business services, vendors, SaaS platforms, and dependencies.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, workshops, and impact assessment sessions.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in mid-to-large enterprise environments.
