Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Azure Network & Routing Engineer with strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Azure networking environments. This role focuses heavily on advanced routing, SD-WAN, and cloud network architecture in a complex enterprise setting.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and cloud engineering teams.
Must-Have Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in Ohio
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure networking
- Deep expertise in routing protocols:
- BGP
- EIGRP
- Experience with Virtual SD-WAN solutions:
- VeloCloud (preferred)
- Meraki (acceptable)
- Senior-level experience in enterprise network environments
Azure Networking Skills (Critical)
- Virtual Network (VNet) Peering
- User Defined Routes (UDRs)
- Network Security Groups (NSGs)
- Azure Resource Groups
- Azure Route Server
- Strong understanding of Hub-and-Spoke architecture
- Experience with Landing Zone network topologies
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior Azure Network / Routing Engineer
- Strong design and hands-on implementation background
- Comfortable working in large-scale enterprise Azure environments
- Able to collaborate across infrastructure, security, and cloud teams
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

- Experience with application registrations and service principals
