Job Description
Required Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and GitHub
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT or Claude
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience with AWS cloud services
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modular design
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman/Newman and JMeter
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and implement an enterprise-grade GenAI framework for development and testing
- Design and build GenAI-powered solutions with focus on scalability, cost optimization, latency, and security
- Implement RAG-based architectures to enhance model accuracy using enterprise data sources such as requirements, user stories, APIs, and test repositories
- Leverage embeddings and vector search techniques where applicable
- Lead the design and enhancement of UI automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress)
- Develop and maintain API automation frameworks (e.g., RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI)
- Ensure quality through modern testing frameworks and methodologies, including BDD where applicable
- Work with REST/SOAP services and integration workflows
- Collaborate on systems commonly used in insurance/platform-based ecosystems (e.g., Guidewire or similar)
- Utilize AWS cloud environments for application deployment and testing
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
