Job Description:

KPG Home Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Home Health RN, you will be crucial in providing quality healthcare visits to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures and disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Arizona.
• Home health experience is prefered, but not required
• BLS certification.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Comfortable with Wound Care, Wound Vac, Ostomy Care, and Catheter Care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes.

Pay: $65.00 - $110.00 per hour

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
• wound care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Ostomy care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Catheter care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RN License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
