Duties will includePreparing documents for scanning and data entry, logging applications, and mailing correspondence to members and employers.Working closely with the retirement team to gather and verify information from members and associated employers. Verifying direct deposit changes, filing scanned documents, and ensuring correct record retention.Reviewing weekly payment records and notifying team members when future benefits are payable.Performing routine data entry for documents and applications across various units, including reviewing forms for completeness and accuracy.Entering accurate information into the pension administration system while applying knowledge of KPERS procedures, rules, and workflows.Supporting one or more operational areas with day-to-day administrative tasks that vary widely.Assisting with special projects and additional duties that advance the goals of the Benefits and Member Services Division.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking candidates who bring professionalism, positivity, and a genuine commitment to customer service. Ability to speak Spanish proficiently is a plus!ExperienceAt least two years of general office, clerical, or administrative support experience.
