This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Therapist located in Kalamazoo, MI. The Clinical Therapist will provide individual and group therapy to clients, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans. This role involves case management, monitoring client progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Clinical Therapist will work collaboratively with other professionals to support clients’ mental health and social reintegration goals.
- Proficiency in Social Work and Case Management
- Expertise in Psychology and Mental Health therapy techniques
- Experience in providing Family Therapy as part of a holistic treatment plan
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Michigan is preferred
