About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Stationary Eng Lic to join our team at Orange County Global Medical Center, Inc. As a Stationary Eng Lic, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility's mechanical systems. You will work closely with our maintenance team to troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise, as well as perform preventative maintenance to keep our systems running smoothly. Your expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems will be critical to the success of our facility.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Stationary Engineer License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience working in a healthcare facility
- Experience with building automation systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and codes
