JOB TITLE: RN New Grad Residency Program
REPORTS TO: CNO
POSITION SUMMARY: Provides professional nursing care by utilizing the nursing process to care for patients. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Performs all other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred. Two year’s nursing experience in a medical/surgical setting is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a current California RN license and BLS certification.
