What are the responsibilities and job description for the Med Lab Tech MLT (FT - Varied) position at KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC.?
SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision, collects specimens and performs waived and moderate complexity clinical laboratory tests to obtain data for use in the diagnosis and treatment of disease in accordance with accepted standards and practices. May assist Clinical Laboratory Scientists with high complexity testing as needed. Inputs data and retrieves reports from computer as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CA license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist
- Sufficient previous experience in all areas of the lab, including blood bank
