Role Outline You'll dive deep into our APIs and development frameworks, creating material that guides external and internal users alike. This requires a blend of technical understanding, content crafting aptitude, and the ability to communicate difficult concepts in an easy manner. This technical content development role involves close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating detailed API documentation, including reference guides, tutorials, and code samples.
• Maintaining existing documentation, keeping it up-to-date with the latest product releases.
• Working with development teams to grasp technical concepts and convert them into user-friendly content.
• Producing video tutorials and walkthroughs to enhance the understanding of complex topics.
• Contributing to our internal knowledge base, ensuring internal teams have the support content they need.
  
  

Skills & Characteristics

• Demonstrable professional experience as a technical writer or related area, preferably with a focus on API documentation.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and other developer tools.
• Ability to interpret source code and translate it into clear and concise explanations.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Swagger, ReadMe.io, or similar platforms.
