đź§© What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll work with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to schedule interviews and guide candidates through the process. It’s a fast-moving role with real ownership and visibility. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning chaos into momentum, we’d love to hear from you.
You will also be responsible for supporting our Head of Talent and Recruiting Ops Lead in managing & optimizing everything associated with candidate interviews.
👤 What We're Looking For:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations or a fast- paced administrative role.
Previous experience in one of the following:
- Series A- B startup
- Hedge funds or quant firms
- Boutique investment banks
- Top private equity or venture capital funds
- Ability to multi- task - juggle dozens of candidates and interview loops at once, prioritizing ruthlessly and context- switching smoothly all the while moving fast to ensure candidates are moving through the process swiftly.
- Ability to design optimal scheduling and coordination workflows that minimize friction end- to- end.
- Good undergraduate university or high GPA (3. 7 )
- Extreme attention to details to spot inconsistencies before they become issues; double- check schedules, and ensures every candidate email, link, and calendar invite is accurate.
- Experience with ATS systems, specific understanding of Ashby is a plus
- High agency, hustler, and excited to work in an early stage startup rather than a large company
- Service mindset when communicating with candidates to ensure the highest quality of candidate experience.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
