Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a "Teachable Spirit" combined with high-ticket sales or design experience. You are the ideal candidate if you have 2–5 years of experience in one of the following areas:
• Landscape Design / Architecture: You understand the blend of aesthetics and sales.
• Luxury Construction: You have managed or sold high-ticket residential projects.
• Outdoor Living: Experience with hardscapes, masonry, decks, screened porches, or outdoor kitchens.
Key Qualifications:
• Experience: preferably with 2–5 years in design, construction sales, or high-ticket luxury sales
• Tech-Literacy: You must be comfortable with modern technology and eager to use AI tools to enhance your performance.
• High-Ticket Sales: You have a track record of selling complex, high-value items.
• Communication: High energy and strong communication skills are non-negotiable.
