Key Responsibilities
- Real-Time Monitoring & Analysis
- Continuously monitor solar and wind farm performance through SCADA dashboards and other
- Track key metrics such as energy output, equipment performance, and environmental
- Incident Detection & Troubleshooting
- Identify anomalies or alarms in real-time and perform root cause analysis to isolate issues.
- Coordinate with field technicians or third-party service providers to expedite resolution of
- Incident Management & Reporting
- Document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in a clear, systematic manner.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, highlighting trends and

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related
- 1–3 years of experience in a NOC or operations center, preferably in the energy or utilities
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems (solar, wind) or SCADA/telemetry systems is a
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and data analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely.
- Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) are advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
