- Build items as directed by shop supervisor
- Meet production goals with precision

- Maintain your tools and work environment in a safe and clean way
- Respect the areas where you work as if they were your own

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team or alone.
- Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Three years of experience in custom woodwork, and/or cabinet making / assembly
- Knowledge of general safety practices or OSHA training
- Proficient using woodworking machines, power tools & hand tools safely
- Able to read shop drawings & instructions
- Knowledge of general construction practices and details
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for quality work
- Able to prioritize and organize effectively
- Knowledge of basic mathematics including fractions
