As a Client Support Associate with KP Consulting Texas, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and our sales and customer service teams, providing outstanding sales support and customer service at all points of the sales process, offering product guidance, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will learn tried and tested techniques in communication, client relations, and customer support to help you be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities of a Client Support Associate:
- Act as the initial and ongoing direct point of contact for customers, providing face to face customer service and sales support to build long-term trust and loyalty
- Assist customers with analyzing available options, making product recommendations tailored to their needs, placing sales orders, and scheduling installations
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all available products and services to deliver the most accurate and up-to-date assessments to the customer
- Respond to all customer service concerns promptly and professionally, including regarding pricing, service coverage, billing policies, and technical support
- Work closely with all internal teams, including sales, customer service, human resources, and management, to ensure all client operations run smoothly
Qualifications of a Client Support Associate:
- An associate’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- Previous experience in client relations, including sales/customer service, is a plus
- Outgoing personality, able to converse with lots of people daily
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities effectively
